Anglo American ANGLO AMERICAN PLATINUM TUITION SUPPORT

Anglo American Platinum (AAP), through its COVID-19 humanitarian relief and rebuilding initiatives in the Education and Skills workstream, has launched a Tuition Support Programme which kicks off in August 2022. The programme will provide an opportunity to community members who form part of Anglo-American Platinum’s host communities who studied and completed ANY skills with an academic record and whose debt is not older than 2 years.
All applicants must provide a tuition fee statement with the institutions banking details which must be stamped (not older than 3 months) from any registered private or public Higher Education Institution, this includes universities, colleges and TVETs.
Anglo American Platinum employees may not apply! AAP Human Resources will verify ID numbers of applicants during the screening and verification process.
Applications close on the 13th of September 2022 but apply before then!
Applications that do not adhere to the specified requirements will not be considered!
Target age group:
South African citizens from the following Anglo American Platinum Operations:
Twickenham
Mogalakwena
Amandelbult
Der Brochen/Mototolo
Rustenburg Process Division
Polokwane Process Division
Areas of study/qualifications :
Students who studied and completed ANY skills with an academic record and whose debt is not older than 2 years.
Time frame:
Debt not older than 2 years.
Higher education institutions :
Any registered public or private higher-education institution in South Africa, including but not limited to universities, colleges and TVET colleges.
Documents to be submitted with the application form
An official copy of your up-to-date academic record on your higher education institution’s letterhead that proves that you have completed your studies.
• A tuition statement not older than 3 months on the institution’s letterhead, with the institution’s stamp.
• A certified copy of your ID document.
• Proof of address. A stamped and signed letter from traditional councils and relevant local municipalities are acceptable
