An independent B-BBEE–linked trust investing in South Africa’s scarce specialist healthcare capacity through four award streams: Rural Fellowship (retain and develop doctors in rural areas), Sub-specialist (fund training posts in HPCSA-registered sub-specialties), Academic Fellowship (research-focused training in academic medicine), and Excellence Awards (recognise sector-leading organisations).
