Tshikululu provides full fund management services including social investment strategy development and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, financial oversight, compliance and governance – for the Trust.

The Hotazel Manganese Mine Education Trust (HMMET) exists to uplift historically disadvantaged individuals from Joe Morolong Local Municipality and the broader John Taolo Gaetsewe (JTG) District of the Northern Cape. The Trust invests in the development of education in the target communities with the vision of opening up diverse learning opportunities for individuals and communities to enhance their chances of success in finding work, starting and sustaining businesses, improving the quality of their lives, and progressing into other post-school institutions.
