Tshikululu provides on-going monitoring and evaluation services for three separate social investment Trusts: AECI CSI Fund, AECI TISO AEL Development Trust and AECI Community Education and Development Trust. Together, these three trusts focus on a range of issues, including education/skills development, the environment and Orphans and Vulnerable Children.

Tshikululu manages the South African Ambassadors for Good initiative for Anglo American. This is an employee volunteering programme that operates in several different Anglo American country operations. Tshikululu is responsible for working with Anglo American team members and partner organisations to ensure high-impact employee volunteering projects are supported and completed.
